Nestlé Plant

Nestlé USA , famous for its chocolate, is building a new beverage-product factory and distribution center in Anderson , IN.  Nestlé will erect an 880,000-square-foot facility on 190 acres along Interstate 69, on Anderson 's far-southwest side. The new building will become Nestlé’s largest plant in the United States and it will allow the corporation to consolidate seven other facilities scattered throughout the country.  The $359 million facility will employ 300 people, from forklift drivers to manufacturing line workers to salaried managers.  Wages at the new plant will average $19.50 an hour.  Nestlé came to Anderson to expand its ready-to-drink products, which have been growing rapidly across the beverage industry.  By spring 2008, the plant will begin to produce and distribute Nesquik Ready-to-Drink flavored milk and Coffee-Mate Creamers.

First Electric Supply is providing the lighting package for the Nestlé plant.  We are working in conjunction with LightSource and Techlite, the lighting representatives.  We are also providing the Siemens Gear and commodities for this particular project.  Gaylor Electric is the electrical contractor.
